Service is always friendly. On this visit in my initial room, the thermostat and the toilet were not working. I was quickly moved to another room where the tank on the toilet was cracked and water flooded out when flushed.I have not had previous facilities issues on my past stays.

Clean likes most hotel in this price range. However, there were no tooth brush nor tooth paste provided. Remember to bring you owner.

Excellent hotel...nothing impressive to see on the outside, but FANTASTIC on the inside...great staff...check in/out personnel, waitresses and bar tender!!!

Great hotel!

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was excellent!
Cons: The manager at Pantry had trouble moving tables in and out, resulting in many people waiting in the lobby for a table.
Location: Across the street from the Natick Mall where there are many great shops and restaurants.
Excellent & friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast at Pantry.
