Close to downtown!! Located on a private quiet side street.. Renovated beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - Beds are queen size for your comfort Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Large Master bedroom with Master bath. Sleeps 6 people. Off street parking for one vehicle in garage. Heat/hot water, fully furnished, wifi/cable. Front loader washer/dryer. Central AC . Outside seating area. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Very close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well.
No smokers please. Apartment is "townhouse style". Two floors. Completely private nothing is shared except the outside grass area. Parking reserved for ONE vehicle in the south bay garage which is less then a 5 min walk already PAID for.
My company is Atlantic coast homes and my name is Jennifer. I hope to have the opportunity to rent to you while you stay in Salem. 4 Night minimum stay. Please note when you do book I send check-in instructions no earlier than 24 hours before your stay for safety for everyone.

Parking was off premise but very close. Unit was spotless and plenty of items to make stay comfortable. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The unit has great updates for such an old building it felt fresh, updated and comfortable with central air, Nest thermostats etc. We would consider renting the unit next door - as that is the unit with the “full” water view (pictured) and the parking on site - but would definitely stay in this unit again too. For those who like to visualize, plan and know check-in details ahead of time be forewarned that check - in details within 24 hours actually means you will receive details only hours before check in. This proved cumbersome for us as we were traveling from out of State with multiple delays, inclement weather while coordinating last minute wedding plans. That said, the host was extremely responsive and explained that it was for security. This unit and location helped make a wedding weekend very memorable and convenient for the parents of the Bride during Salem’s “busy season”.

The location was perfect, and we would definitly stay here again. Walking distancr to Everthing, and a beautiful view. Although the kitchen wasn't really set up for those who like to cook/eat in. There were no baking sheets which was quickly remidied with a phone call, but also minimal dishware and only one wine glass - so bring you own if you plan on drinking wine.
