Regarding Room 222, September 26-29, 2025.
We have stayed here a number of nites previously and things were generally fine, but this time it was far different.
Booked in for three nites and had to get our key cards extended on two separate occasions, on one occasion, employee mentioning she didn’t check our length of stay, saying sorry.
2nd occasion rudely mentioned “ don’t put the key next to your phone” with attitude!! Disappointing!
TV not working, took 2 individuals, on separate occasions, on the same night, to get the TV working.
Bed side wall lamp not working.
Lumpy old pillows. Surely these are ready for retirement.
Take the time to check them.
No towel service for either of the 3 nites?
Requested towel change on one occasion of the cleaning ladies on the floor, and ignored.
No regular coffee in the dining room machine, due to “ coffee out of stock”. Yes, coffee in the lobby, for all 3 days.
Not our situation, but friends, requested soap for their shower, due to an empty dispenser, were brought a “syrup dispenser” with soap, as plan B??
This may appear to be nasty, but it’s not, these points did actually did occur.
Quite Sure you would like to know.
