Checked in found bed was broken told staff instead of moving us and our food getting cold they made us wait while they tried to fix the bed. End of the outcome 30 minutes later they gave us a different room no offer to reimburse our cold food or anything

Staff polite and helpful! Night staff girl a bit rude but the remainder of the staff are great! Houskeeping staff always helpful and friendly. I stay regularly and never have issues! Love the hotel manager! Older building but keep up very well and always clean. Will continue to stay there regularly! They do need to get the waterslide open. Without slide pool is small and not as entertaining for the kids. keep up the good work Travelodge Brandon!

Bed bugs located! When we found one we moved the bed and found garbage and clumps hair and dirt. Definitely hasnt been cleaned in a while. The heater worked but was falling apart off the wall. The staff were friendly and apologetic but we left due to the disgusting room situation.
