"The staff went above and beyond the call of duty when helping me with my stay. Two of their female staff from the restaurant came to my hotel room to assist me with a medical issue when I was unable to move and I will be forever in their debt for that. The front desk was always friendly, helpful, and patient. If I could give this hotel 6 stars I would."

"Perfect location to stay night(s) before cruise trip and enjoy Asian foods in Richmond. Free hotel shuttle bus to/from the airport. At the end of our stay, we boarded the Metro line with about 2 minutes of walk to the station directly to the cruise terminal at a cost of ~$2.50/pp. Although the hotel is right next to the elevated train track, Vancouver metro trains are so quiet that you can hardly hear the noise. Our room was clean and on par with the city hotel rooms of major brands."
