Recepciyonist was extremely rude to me when he was polite to everyone, he gave me the card to try this room, he almost threw the card away. The face of the receptionist who saw my Turkish passport while registering fell. I think he changed his expression towards me after my passport and he was racist. When we went to the second room, the room was cold, we called, the mechanic came, the mechanic came, this room will not heat up until the morning tonight. He said change the room, it was 12 o'clock at night, but the receptionist said you will wait, I opened it from here, it will warm up. The room never warmed up. I wrote to Expedia.
