The room was quite small however, very clean. Not much in way of lobby and asking for extra coffee (they never replenished) didn’t happen 2nd night. Third night we asked again. Finally we were brought some but was given a lecture on how I should be cleaning the coffee pot. Did not understand. Weird!

The hotel rooms were clean, nice service. They have nice free breakfast but the dining space is limited, we could never find a seat after 9 am. The neighborhood is a typical Brooklyn - noisy and dirty - but there are a few nice kosher food options in walking distance, and there’s also Target and CVS, and the subway station nearby.

Every member of the staff was so incredible and went above and beyond, the eggs were icy cold, but I think it was an equipment malfunction and they helped us microwave them. New York is such a scary place, but it felt calm and quiet inside the hotel

The hotel is located in a prime spot in Brooklyn, it was easy to get to by train lots of eatery, hotel staff was friendly, room was small but clean new bathroom, hallways can be noisy with other guest but overall I would def stay again it was very comfortable
