This property is very close to University at Buffalo which was great. The building was clean and updated other than the elevator. The room was on the small side, but clean and nice looking. The bedding was very comfortable. The AC worked great and was extremely quiet. There were no bad smells which matters to me. The shower was great with an adjustable massage feature. I always love when the sink is on the outside of the bathroom, so that was nice. Breakfast was basic but fine, and the coffee was actually pretty good. The pool is super warm and lovely. My only complaint is the front desk staff. He looked unkempt and was sniffling and coughing all over everything. That was a little off putting. Other than that, I will definitely stay again.
