It’s a scam!!!

Property manager never contacted us at all after numerous attempts to get a hold of them. We went right to the building and tried to buzz in and phone manager with no luck. Ended up having to stay in a motel. Ruined our weekend!I will be filing fraudulent charges through my credit card in hopes to get my money back

Stay far far away - Vrbo should revoke this host

We couldn't get access code from host. Sent three messages in the Vrbo app over 2.5 hr period, left 1 voice mail before mail box said it was full. Had to find other accommodation on our own in a sold out City at double the costs on Calgary Expo weekend, then I can submit for Vrbo to send a refund. When I booked this listing there was one bad review but I figured I would give this host a chance to redeem themselves since they were new, but that backfired spectacularly.

I booked this property for convenience, property owner ghosted all my messages, therefore I never stayed at this property, and with a midnight flight this was a total inconvenience. I called Expedia about the issue it was dealt with promptly and between Expedia and VRBO I got my money back.

Booked the accommodation 2 weeks in advance. But the host never reached out with information or instructions about the stay. Tried to reach out and contact them, but got no reply or text back. Instead, the host declined my calls and read my texts. 0/10 would not recommend it as this host is dodgy and selfish.
