Rooms were not very clean at all! From the floors to the windows. Room was not as described definitely was not a sleep 5 room. Had to get another bed and the pillows were absolutely horrible! Small old pillows folded in half. Also 45 mins from Calgary. Staff was friendly.

I stayed there for 2 nights. I payed for the 4 nights. There is fully refundable option I choose. But I don’t get the refund yet. Hotel staff says we did from our end it’s up to Expedia to do the rest from there end. I did my first booking but I am not satisfied from Expedia.
