I stayed there for 2 nights. I payed for the 4 nights. There is fully refundable option I choose. But I don’t get the refund yet. Hotel staff says we did from our end it’s up to Expedia to do the rest from there end. I did my first booking but I am not satisfied from Expedia.

The staff upon check-in were great. We required a crib for our room and he saw right away. It was on the reservation. He immediately got someone to move one to our room. It was very nice and kind of him. The hotel room was spotless and it was great value for how nice the hotel is. Check out tomorrow, but so far service has been great!!

Reserved 2 nights and when we left for the day and came back our beds were literally thrown together (I took pictures). The staff were not accommodating and the breakfast was awful not to mention not enough space or tables and chairs for guests. Pillows were the size of throw cushions on your couch.

Great hotel for a family stay. The kids really liked the pool and slide! The rooms have a small "kichenette" - it's helpful to have a second sink when traveling with teens that occupy the bathroom for too long!
