Hotel was very clean. Room was very nice and large. Only 2 small complaints are for the size of the room i could have had two lounge chairs not just one and being a jetted tub room not enough towels. Grwat breakfadt.

Our room was obviously located above the door down stairs and it was horrific! The insane buzzing and banging was torturous!!! Not one wink of sleep! It felt like it was some sort of cruel torture!

Our stay was good for the most part. When we checked in and tried to open the door, it had issues because it was jammed but then after a few tries it worked. Then when we took showers the water was building up… the drain needs to be cleaned or fixed. When we were in our room at 9:30 am…one of the cleaning ladies opened our door…this is before check out. They should confirm first before opening the door on a family. We went swimming in the morning at 7:30 am and there were no towels and the place was dirty. Toilet paper on the ground next to the pool and other garbage things on the floor. Plus the washroom was not clean in the pool area. Also, there was a toe nail in the washroom before we even used it.

We celebrated my son's birthday at this hotel with family and friends. The hotel is clean and pleasant. Breakfast was decent, although I wish there was more variety. Our stay overall was excellent, but the only downside was that, with six of us in the room, the towels were only replenished with three each time. We had to ask the front desk for extra towels every day.

Pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Airport Calgary. Check-in and check-out was smooth and seamless. We received a free upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite, which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was very enjoyable. The complimentary hot breakfast was a bit lacking - not enough variety and food temperature was lukewarm at best. However, the staff were friendly and the location is conveniently located.
