Housekeeping service was poor. My room was not refreshed despite me hanging the appropriate door tag. Then on checkout day the maid knocked and I told her I was still in the room then she asked me when I would be leaving… over an hour prior to checkout time.

Worst Sandman I have stayed at !! Room was dingy the heating unit did not turn off the whole time it was like staying in a cheap motel , exhaust fan bathroom didn’t work, tiny shower as well. Not worth the money will never stay downtown again.
