Free street parking on premise. Has good access to shopping and citywide transportation routes, and has views of the Bow River Valley, the Downtown and the Canadian Rockies. You may park your vehicles on the street in front of the home.

Couch and beds to soft and to low to the ground. Dining chairs are hard plastic. No where to really sit comfortably in there. Other than that, the rest of the place is ok.

Nice place bad location
Planes noisy, leaky ceiling, deck is a mess, turn living room rug round & tape down the turned up corner is trip hazard, back gate to hide the shed w torn open garbage. Home is clean w nice layout, kitchen has everything, beds were very comfortable
Clean and quiet, great location for what we needed. No complaints and a great price :)

We had a great stay in Raddison Heights!
We enjoyed our 3 months here at the flat. First of all I want to thank Melissa for the good communication and all the help during our stay!
The flat is very spacious and large rooms so you can feel comfortable like at home. The balcony is nice during good weather and the location is good. You can walk 10min to a grocery store and 10min to the C-Train to downtown.
Although the isolation of the accomondation is not so good and you can hear the people of the flat below clearly (and the other way around). The diashwasher is not placed well (can't be open fully and is not mounted inside the kitchen). Some things in the kitchen are also missing to be called "fully equipped", like a large pot, mixer and stuff.
Internet is very fast and perfectly for working from home. A better workplace (a office chair) would be nice.
Some people often review the safety of a location in Canada so: We never felt unsafe here (nor did we anywhere in Canada). There are nice neighbors around and kids are coming by on Halloween.
We definitely will come again. Thanks for everything!
