"The room was clean and the common area was mostly well maintained. An area for improvement was the pool, as there were several missing tiles inside and on the deck. The wait staff was awesome, but we had a minor issue with the front desk over paying for breakfast; we did pay, you must request for breakfast to be included when you book. Location was good to use as a base to explore Cancun, but there is a lack of dining options within walking distance. Overall it is a good hotel and great value."

"Hotel was very clean . Great customer service and the location was great . There a lot of restaurants around us . The only complaint is about the beach club . I don’t think it’s worth going there . As for me I see it as a way of them trying to sell you a time share. And also the bathroom near the pool don’t work z water pressure in the shower was poor . Other than that . It was a great stay"
