The toilet wouldn’t flush, had to have maintenance come fix it 1hr later he came, but by then I fixed it myself. After they fixed it it flushed about three times and now it’s not flushing ...

Wi-fi didn’t work at all in the room. The technician also tried and then gave up blaming it on Satellite. Suggested for a room change but no one from front desk followed up offering a room change (which I am sure would have not helped unless they offered one close to the satellite)

The property is beautiful but two things that made the whole stay suck. You have to pay for parking regardless if you have a room at the hotel or not, the second thing is that the pools close at 7 pm … for crying out loud, this is a resort .
