Guest Access:

The unit is on the 3rd floor and you'll have to use the stairs to get there. No elevator.

There's NO designated parking spot in the property. Please don’t park anywhere in front, especially at the BACK of the building. All parking spots are reserved for tenants only.

Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.
