Upon entering the room I was greeted with a strong smell of marijuana, immediately requested a new room, which was downgraded to a lower floor. And it wasn’t yet available. The room itself was clean and roomy. The bathroom was clean but needs real maintenance work . The shower water was not hot it was warm. The tile grout has been painted but looks horrible. Staff were nice. Hotel itself in a some what quiet area but a quick walk to all the shops.

Excellent hôtel, right in the center of town,parking valet or self parking available but expensive as expected. Staff was friendly and super attentive, Cafe restaurant right in the hotel. The best is the hotel is at walking distance to everything downtown also bus available up the street on Michigan Ave. Great experience!!
