Our room was very nice and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was on point even though we didn’t want our room cleaned every day. The other staff was very good as well. If I am ever in Chicago again, I would definitely stay there again. Shopping was close by which was amazing.

This property is very dated & is in need of remodeling. The bed was very comfortable which made our stay enjoyable. Other than that, the entire room was old & in need of a full renovation. The sink faucet leaked, the AC was very loud, and the walls were yellowed. The elevators ran slow & one was very loud while moving. The staff was great & very accommodating. There are a few restaurants around the hotel & a grocery store across the street making it convenient to get anything you need for your stay. The location is more residential so it felt very safe.
