Amazing stay! The hotel was very clean and smelled so good. Our rooms were well kept. Slight plumbing issue with the shower was resolved right away by maintenance staff. The breakfast vouchers ($60 per guest) allowed us to have a wonderful and delicious selection of food to choose from at the Chapel street cafe which is inside the hotel lobby. The pool wasn’t open and was still being repaired, that was a bummer, however the gym was nice. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, we had a very nice trip to Chicago to visit family.
