The hotel was fine, but at the time we made the reservation, it was a 21C hotel - no one ever notified us that it had been bought by 'H55'. So, when we were trying to find it, we drove around the block several times. Maybe you could let people with reservations know that the brand had changed?

The employees seem to be working very hard. Our maid(s) was fantastic-better than I’ve had almost anywhere.The restaurant *mood was very low. Whoever managed for breakfast and served us were very efficient indeed. Fitness area was very well kept. Front door was terribly awkward. They absolutely need a doorman at all times (which we usually did not have -but when we did, he was wonderful). Rooms were tight but clean. Siren sounds were almost constant. Turning on the (good) system fan was very helpful. Elevators were very small and very quick, probably need a little more upkeep. Lobby was festive and very nice; lobby restrooms were generally very clean.

Room was clean and dwell appointed. Staff were courteous and very helpful. They allowed us to check out late without hesitation. Hotel had just changed owners and that did not affect our experience. The art has been removed, but that’s fine. It’s hard to see art when you’re asleep.

All staff members were wonderful. Five stars there. Hotel could use a few more amenities and also some updates. Did like that room was cleaned every day without having to request housekeeping. Microwaves in rooms and a better early morning breakfast dining option would be great. Also new curtains and a paint touch up in room.
