TERRIBLEEE! underneath the bed was dirty my husband got bit by bed bugs and we told the manager they said it was “mites” so we went to the hospital and they confirmed it was in fact not mites!! They told us we couldn’t get a refund terrible terrible terrible

Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good and was sooo covenient to not have to worry about. My room was very tidy, the location was great, i walked to all of the places i wanted to go, in under 15mins. I am looking forwards to seeing chicago in the summer months and i would stay here again.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of options. The location is perfect—right in the city center and within walking distance of all the major attractions. However, the hotel does not offer on-site parking, and nearby overnight parking costs approximately $52 per night.

Clean room, breakfast room staff friendly and efficient, check in and checkout fast. They accommodated my room location preferences and it was a quiet sleep. I like hard floors instead of carpet but the same vinyl flooring was used throughout which made the whole place feel like a hospital vs nice hotel.
