It’s unfortunate this guest this customer was not happy. We offer a fine establishment on the North Side of Chicago. We have been in business for over 20 years. We ask that guest act appropriately and communicate like mature adults. Most of our guest (95%) have a great stay with us. Those guests follow our policies, act in a mature adult manner. Those guests have a wonderful time and a wonderful stay and we do appreciate their constant business over the years. Our fees and policies are clear, and information and communication is provided thru email, phone call and texts. We use all forms of electronic communication.There are those guests (5%) or individuals that choose to decide to make up their own rules and policies, expect to have a great experience by negating all other guests/ staff safety with complete disregard. We only make it clear to all individuals booking a reservation and guests staying with us that we have policies and rules that are clear, that is readily available in the English language and easily translated into different languages. If they are not understood, please communicate your concerns (email, text, phone call, etc.) so we may resolve them as quick as possible. Here at House 5863, we give you a choice, read our policies and information provided and you will have a wonderful stay or you can not follow our policies and not read the information and your stay will not be the most comfortable. WE LEAVE THAT CHOICE SQUARELY TO YOU!! That is the great Freedom of making your choice in this wonderful land that we call the U.S.A. It’s all up to you!!

There was no stay. The day before my arrival, they canceled my reservation by text message. They were unreachable by phone or email or text from weeks before right up to their cancellation.
