I love the location of this B&B. Right across from a beautiful park, walkable to some fabulous restaurants and shops - and the red line is so close! My room was clean, quiet, cutely decorated. The kitchen was well-stocked with breakfast options. My one recommendation would be - I wish the coffee was higher quality! The host was prompt, friendly, and responsive to my needs. The hotel is located on a lovely neighborhood street with big shady trees and lovely gardens. It was surprisingly quiet, given it's location. It's an easy walk to great Andersonville restaurants, interesting shopping, and a short train or car ride to Chicago's downtown attractions. Our room was individually decorated and had good windows. The bathroom has a huge shower/steamroom. The shared space was ample and had indoor and outdoor sitting areas that offered quiet spaces for eating, socializing and reading. We will come back!

Nicely decorated, clean and spacious with lots of public areas for sitting and visiting. The neighborhood is beautiful and there was always easy street parking. Neighborhood restaurants were plentiful and a quick drive away. Erick was super helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will stay with them again the next time we visit Chicago.

It's a wonderful property a stones throw from all the neighborhoods for local shopping and dining. Very comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The booking process is a little tedious but don't let that put you off. They are actively working to make sure all their guests have a pleasant and quite experience. We stayed in a lovely room with a small patio. It was very relaxing. We found the parking to be pretty easy.

Overall nice setup, continental breakfast with many options, concern is the amount that Expedia charged us at $212 didn’t mention another $175 paid/refundable deposit fee. So we paid initially $378. Was not expecting this, and the owner said it would take 7 to 10 business days to pay us back the deposit. Parking was a problem too, very narrow streets with cars bumper to bumper. But again, nice amenities and close to everything.
