Large, clean rooms only draw back was my daughter stayed in a room & said the pull out was very uncomfortable.. my granddaughter said the bars where poking her & she didn’t sleep well. We have always been extremely satisfied when we stay at this hotel. It is our go-to place when staying in Chicago. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and professional. We always enjoy dealing with John at the front desk (made our check-out go extremely easy), and Caleb, who was in the restaurant for breakfast, was absolutely wonderful—professional, efficient, gracious, and friendly. We so enjoyed seeing him each morning during our stay.

Upon arrival I called and spoke with the front desk about early check in and my room picture shows it come with an oven because I order Instacart with food to bake and when I got to the room I saw it wasn’t the room I reserved. I went and spoke with the front desk who told me since a remodel they no longer had the room then I was told the room was sold out then I was told I can pay an additional 40 dollars a night and up grade to the two bed room to get the oven I requested to speak to a manger and was told they were gone for the holiday and wouldn’t be available the following day as well. I was given no accommodation I was told this is how it goes. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and deciding to not return
