Walking distance from many Chicago downtown attractions. The suite had everything you need. The elevator was so confusing. They need to let guests know they have to use the room card to make it work properly.

Great place for larger group

We were very comfortable and happy with our 19th floor suite. The service was fantastic, and everyone was very friendly. The location was so convenient, too.

I think it's incredible that the staff is so unfriendly and doesn't make the slightest effort to speak the visitor's language making faces at all times the receptionists Making the experience of staying with you very bad taste The guest goes to visit and doesn't always master the local language I think they should understand that and make a little more effort
