Bad desk staff and narrow beds and noise

I'm a vip member and I want to let you know that I messed up this trip. I booked a king size, sofa bed. The front desk said the king bed was right, but this 150cm x 200cm is definitely a queen sized bed. I booked it because I listed it as king sized on the detailed page, but I recommend you to go to another better hotel at this price. The sofa bed is too sloppy and terrible, and extra bedding was not prepared, and I received only a thin blanket very late. The front staff laughs at the customer and responds in an unprofessional manner. Housekeeping door noise, elevator noise, outside noise and unpleasant smell are the reasons I can't wait to get out of here:( Breakfast without even the usual fruit.

The hotel offers a separate bedroom, which I want when I travel. The front desk personnel were wonderful and informative. The elevators are slow and small. Even though this is a non smoking hotel, several times we entered an elevator that smelled of cannabis.

I only stayed 1 night so as for housekeeping, I have no feedback. but it was a good spacious suite. The staff was pleasant. I only wish check-in time was earlier and they had better breakfast options. They didn't have any pastries. Toast was the only bread option. The only 2 juice options were a sugary drink and apple juice.
