Everyone with the exception of the black lady was nice. The older black lady was very rude. My cc was charged an additional amount of $221 outside of the deposit and payment. My bank notified me of a fraud alert. When I tried speaking with the older black lady at the front desk she brushed me off and wouldn’t let me finish my sentence. Secondly, the tv channels did not work nor did the ac. It went from being very cold to very hot the reminder of my stay.

They were amazing!!!! Will definitely come back next time I visit Chicago!! A Cali girl definitely felt at home here! I arrived early and exhausted from my flight and they were amazing and upgraded my room!! The views were spectacular and made my trip that much better!! Thank you guys!!
