The property is generally very nice and the rooms were decent. We had a nice view of the city. Beds are pretty soft and not very comfortable for two people. Breakfast not included and is insanely expensive! The elevators are a pain and there is not a restroom available in or near the lobby! You have to take the elevator up to the fifteenth floor for a bathroom and the elevators are often extremely busy and not available. God forbid you actually truly need to go to the bathroom!! Most of the employees at the “front desk” are not very helpful, although there were exceptions. It was nice to encounter an individual who actually wanted us to have a good time and to feel welcome. Pool is nice but the floor is slick, so be careful!! We just weren’t overly impressed

Great location and most staff were great! However, the all elevators didn’t fully operate! Only 2 from 3 elevators operated from floor 1 to 15 (lobby) on the weekend I was there! The elevator for floor 16 to 23 were taking time too to wait as well! I was on the top floor!
