The property is decent. However, the night manager/ comptroller who is horrible. He was verbally abusive and theatened me over an issue relating to our reservation and payment. He threatened to have security remove my family from our rooms because i wanted to go back to my room for paperwork from Travelocity to prove my point. He refused to let me go and said said the room door was aleady locked and i couldn't get back in. He lied. My son was in the room with no awareness of what was traspiring downstairs. I am a 69 year old woman who has experienced quite a bit in my life, but this kind of treatment of guests is unexceptable on any level. Neither I, my family nor anyone I know will never stay there. The rest of the staff was lovely and very helpful.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and it is always a great hotel. I feel safe staying here. I will say the shower was temperamental trying to find hot water, it was either scalding and barely coming out or cold and forceful. The sink is also poorly designed with the faucet ending just above the back of the sink so there is a lot of water that shoots out onto the counter. However, those were my only downsides to the hotel. Everything else is wonderful, staff is helpful, looks and smells clean, and it was a relaxing place to stay. We always enjoy our time here.

Perfect place to stay based on comfort, accommodation. The team was checking for feedback during the course of the stay which I felt is rare these days. Also there is a small place to get some late night snacks or essentials at regular cost, which is rare too. I think I would stay again if I visit Chicago again next time

Sure! Here’s a more concise version of your review: ⸻ Disappointed with our stay. The room was smaller and less updated than the photos suggested. It wasn’t properly cleaned, the shower head was broken, and despite reporting it, no one came to fix it. Our room was also not serviced multiple times. Not what we expected based on the advertising.
