Decent location, quiet street near grocery store and Target. Quiet neighbors, no issue with noise at night. No street parking available in immediate area (permitted parking only.) Smoke detectors were not functioning and no carbon monoxide detector in unit. Laundry facility conveniently located in basement of building. Functional, but not luxury. Worked well for long-term stay due to location.

Our contact person was very helpful and responsive, when we had any questions or needed help.The place was very clean with plenty of towels.This is close to the bus, CTA, several places to get coffee and something to eat. It's less that 15 minutes to Target, Aldis, and Jewel-Osco (grocery).It's less than 30 minutes, by CTA to many fun places near or in the loop.The laundry was just downstairs and the washer and dryer were high quality and efficient. You'll need 3 in quarters for one load (washed and dried) but it only took about 30 minutes for wash and 30 minutes to dry (they are commercial size by the way).Oven and dishwashers work great. Beds are comfy.We'd stay here again.

The table in the kitchen makes it hard to move around. Heed to be smaller. Maybe a lamp in the small bedroom. Other than that super nice and clean. There is a grocery store really close and a good coffee shop.
