The room was clean and bed comfortable, however, my husband and I couldn’t sleep due to the noise coming from the freeway adjacent to the hotel. The front desk personnel can use cheer up when welcoming guests.

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was average, but as expected. My big complaint is I left my $300 hearing aid charger on the night table by the bed. It look like an iPod charger but won’t work for that. I called later that night and twice again during the next two days. First time they said the cleaning staff supervisor would be in the next day. Second time they said it hadn’t been found or turned in. Third time, still not turned in. There is no way it wasn’t found. I know exactly where I left it. I can only surmise the cleaning staff has a finders keepers attitude.

We had a great stay. Dog friendly, clean property, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was also really nice had waffles breakfast sandwiches and a lot of other options.

The area to me was just fine I definitely felt safe day and or night. The only issue I had was they were renovating several rooms with a few on the 3rd floor where we were and we could hear noise in our room. Other than that it was a fine stay.
