I brought my 2 boys down from Canada. For the weekend to attend the football game. From the time we walked in the receptionist was amazing. So friendly snd helpful. The breakfast staff lady was great. We had a good laugh with her. Just can’t say enough about our stay. I travel a lot and honestly was one of my most pleasurable stays. 10 out of 10

Great service. Clean, large rooms that are quiet and perfectly equipped. Nice, comfortable beds and bedding. In all, a good night's sleep. And the location is great for visiting family or business in southeast Cleveland suburbs. My one niggle is that the breakfast choices are a bit sparce. While I don't miss the kiddie-focused waffle maker, some breads and hard cheese would have been very welcome.
