Very clean, modern hotel accommodation in the heart of downtown Cleveland 1520 minute walking distance to the Huntington conference center. Plenty of dining and entertainment options with in easy reach.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The people who work here are so helpful. The rooms are beautiful. The bed very comfortable. They supply full size shampoo/conditioner shower gel and lotion to use. We used all the amenities, the pool and hot tub area is very clean. The gym facilities had a lot of equipment all with TV’s attached. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The restaurant Brel’s is great too. We had the calamari app. Amazing!! Oh did I mention location, within walking distance to Progressive Field and so much more. All the theatre’s just down the street. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was one of the push buttons for the handicap entrance didn’t work. This was inconvenient for my wife who is in a wheelchair.

Crowne Plaza was very nice. Staff was super accommodating. Restaurant/ bar was excellent. Cold water was available in the lobby, which we really appreciated! Great diner next door. We went for a concert at Rocket Arena, and it was an easy walk. We walked to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and to restaurants and bars. We had to Uber a couple of times, but it was mostly a walking trip.
