The property did not match what was pictured on the internet. The lobby was empty with the desk behind a bullet proof window. The only staff member spoke to us through a speaker. Honestly, I couldn’t sleep, thinking that I was in danger. The room was dirty; shelf ripped off the bathroom wall and tossed under the sink; carpet had not been vacuumed in a while. We were exhausted after a long drive, but should have driven on and skipped this overnight.

Absolutely disgusting! It was so gross. I left a half hour later. It was not clean, and there were ginormous burn holes through the carpet, mold on the ceiling, it smelled horrific, it was dirty in every inch of the room and honestly, I almost threw up! So needless to say, I checked in and then checked out 30 minutes later

Exactly what we needed

My child and i had to travel to cleveland for a rollerderby tournament. We chose this location for its proximity to the venue as well as the price. The hotel, and parking lot itself is clean and orderly, just a little run down. The staff was friendly. We were only there to sleep, we didn't need or ask for anything extra, so not sure how accommodating they are. There are signs that no smoking (including Marijuana) is allowed, but it permeated the hallway, and i could smell it in my room. Not a complaint, just a heads up if that bothers you. Over all we had a good nights sleep before a tournament and thats all we needed.

Horrific place

I was jumped by someone in there hotel and when I forgot to pay for the day due to the fact I was jumped in my room doorway and had to work soon after. They locked me out of the room with my pets inside. Told me to pay or wait until morning to get them out. Told me nothing that I never talked to the police because I didn’t file charges. I didn’t because they knew where I was staying and I was by myself. I do not recommend that place to anyone. All they care about is there money. Period!!!

HORRIBLE. stained sheets, ring around the tub, reeks of cigarette smoke. When we got there, there was a couple leaving due to the horrible conditions. I thought maybe they got a bad room, or so i hoped. The room was disgusting. To make matters worse, after deciding not to stay I was told to contact Expedia for my refund, they only refunded me for one of two nights. The owner said told me he would refund for both nights but never answered the phone for Expedia to do so
