The staff was extremely accommodating and courteous. I enjoyed conversing with them about the local attractions in which they were all very knowledgeable. What I didn’t like was not receiving any correspondence after my stay detailing billing.

Beautiful room although bathroom in a suite that size was so tiny. I'm a small person and I had trouble helping my 3 year old on potty it was so small. Also I rented this specific place because they offered a hot tub. Guess what it was down for service and no attempt was made to make me feel better about this. The pool also had hair extensions in it and was very very cold. Nothing really terrible but expected better for the price.

We had a truck and trailer and the staff made sure that we had enough room to park both

The staff at hotel was fun and amazing! We went a concert at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in downtown Cleveland the were helpful in things to do and see in Cleveland! The room was awesome it was clean! The staff had a sense of humor! They were fun !
