it was a good stay thanks for making it easy on us while we had a family member in the hospital you took a lot of worry from us because your staff was so helpful, and kind keep up the good work and thanks again for the great stay at your hotel me and my family will be using Hampton inn and suites from now on were ever we travel from now on.

I stayed a night as my husband had surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. It was very nice, quiet and clean. The breakfast was better than most hotels offer. I would definitely stay there again.

Hampton inn review

First of all the elevator sounded like we were going to get stuck and it was shaking and vibrating. The door to our bathroom would not lock and our daughter had a friend staying in the room with us and the beds were so uncomfortable. It was awful.
