The “ambassadors suite” was really nice and well taken care of. Every staff member i dealt with was extremely polite and professional, Will definitely be back again! 5 big booms!!!

The view was gorgeous! The staff was very friendly, plenty of elevators so no wait time, and the location is close to several tourist activities. Cons: The check-in is later than other places and still has a wait. The menu options are very very limited. The food is overpriced and not worth it. A small omelette and breakfast burrito was over 40$. The valet is 60$ /day. I did not use valet. The WORST part is that they lock out 100$ additional dollars per day. One week stay is an additional 700$. So even though I didn’t use valet etc. I didn’t have a significant chunk of money planned for activities and it was a Christmas gift for my husband. With the money held, I still had to purchase breakfast. They do not accept cash. There is clause on your privacy hotel tag that states the staff can go through your room every 24 hours.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The room and hotel were clean, the staff was friendly, and the gym is great! The valet parking and self parking option is rare and the self parking was underground tunnel access from the hotel was nice with the colder weather and kids. The only downsides were the pool area being very warm while the pool water itself was freezing cold—staff said they would look into it—and the charging ports in our room not working for some reason. Overall, a very positive experience with just a few small things to note.
We all loved the view!
The art on the wall is refreshing - it adds a unique touch that makes the room feel different than a typical room.

Coming in to check in I parked out front and immediately greeted by valet. They were a little pushy and unprofessional as they were trying to push you to use them. I declined and said i am doing self park. They sighed and told me they need my keys while checking in. However there was 2 other people there doing the same thing and they only took my keys. Self Parking is $50 across the street in an underground parking ramp. Valet is $60 per day plus tip. Check in was easy and quick. Lobby and bar/lounge areas were also clean. I asked to use a luggage cart and declined the need of help of the bellhops so I was stared and they asked how long I needed it and i said 10min. I felt like I had to ask permission to use the hotel's luggage carts Room was clean, average size, no complaints. Pool was loud and echoes. A bunch of kids were in there playing and it was rough to not get a headache. Towels readily available and pool area was clean. Wish there was more space and tables to grab a bite to eat while kids are swimming. Bar/lounge area was clean with lots of tv's. Scott the bartender provides amazing service and is very personable. Prices were very high for drinks and food. Very limited menu, food was average and definitely not worth the price. $24 for a cheeseburger and fries was a bit much. Location itself is nice. Walking distance to most activities downtown. All in all I think the biggest issue with this hotel is it seems like a huge money grab.
