Very friendly staff and great accomodations. Close to the freeway but very quiet. Comfortable beds. Towels need to be softer and larger. Wish the bar stayed open longer. Very convenient location.

Housekeeper I spoke to in the elevator was friendly & kind. Housekeeper are a very important part of your hotel. If it wasn’t for them cleaning up behind people it wouldn’t be good. Thank you to all of them 😊😊

Great hotel.

The hotel staff were very accommodating, friendly, and kind. The breakfast buffet Sunday morning was excellent and the woman serving us was so sweet to the kids! Room was very clean and provided all dove products. I would 100% recommend this hotel and use it again if we are back in the area.

The room was clean, which is my top priority. However the back of the bathroom door should have been washed down. Looked like something had splattered against it. My only other concern was that while the bathroom was large, the countertop was very small, not enough to hold our bathroom items and meds.

Quick trip

Quick trip to meet up with son arriving for work meetings. Originally didn’t plan on staying but decided at last minute to get a room. Had a great time at restaurant/bar. Very kind bartender! Glad we stayed.

Basic but comfortable

This hotel was one of the closest to a medical office I was visiting, but it is really a long distance from anywhere. You need to travel everywhere by Uber or Lyft. We were there when it was snowing, and - being from a state that doesn't get snow - we didn't want to risk a rental car. The hotel has basic necessities (a comfortable bed, hot water, heat/AC, and a shower. The tub surfaces are very slippery, and no nonslip mat was provided - that is a chronic problem in many hotels where there is an over-the-tub shower. I would have liked to take hot bath to get warm, but the stopper didn't work. I chose the hotel because it had an onsite restaurant (Alfredos), but it was very second rate for dinner. Breakfast was fairly good. It has a 24-hour basic gym, which was a big plus.
