On our last day, we left the room at 9 a.m., and when we came back at 9 p.m., we found our door open. We were really shocked, so we reported it to the front desk. But to our surprise, she didn’t say anything to apologize — she only asked if I needed someone from maintenance to go up and check. This incident made us feel very frightened.

They were very flexible with my strange arrival being messed up via canceled flights. Place was great. Very quiet. Good pool and jacuzzi. Some nice places to eat within walking distance. Staff very friendly in my interactions. Convenient highway close by but no noise.

I was there without a car. There’s a restaurant across the street but there isn’t much else you can walk to. Elevators are slow. The people who work there, like all of them, are fabulous and would bend over backwards to make you happy.

Friendly, helpful staff

The people working were extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean but the curtain was hanging down and I couldn't fix it. The toilet leaked on the floor too. The power went out which was no one's fault and the workers did a good job being helpful.

The room was clean and spacious. From beginning to end Mari the delightful receptionist took care of our questions, aided us in the right direction with a professional and delightful approach. No matter how many questions we had, she answered them with a smile. The American kitchen staff were very helpful as well. The only issues were the slow moving elevator and one hot day the power went out for hours. If I’d had to visit this area again, I would definitely stay here again
