The first room I was assigned was occupied by someone else. The second room I was given had a door that could not be locked. It took several hours to repair. The ventilation system was very noisy.

House keeping never once cleaned my bathroom or vacuumed my room. Several larger groups staying during my stay and ran amuck throughout hotel and cluttered the lobby.

I didnt like that my bathtubs were dirty when i checked in and the pull out couch mattress was filled with urine stains.

The front desk manager, Z, was VERY polite and courteous, and exceeded our expectations (especially since she had to work on both Christmas Eve and Christmas!!)! We stay at this property every year on Christmas Eve, and last year it was under construction. The renovations in the lobby and dining areas are spectacular! We love this property and are always pleased with our stay. you can't beat it for the money, and our dogs love it too!! :)
