The townhouse was pleasant, clean, simple, and lovely. Communication was fantastic - host was available to answer all my questions before and during my stay, which was much appreciated! Only a 10-15 min walk to Playhouse Square, which is what brought me to town. Rooms were nice, lots of closet space and a full bath for each bedroom, plus a half bath on the main floor (above garage), a huge TV, and a huge fridge. Note that the garage is on ground level (and actually fits two average sized cars, although width is a little tight) and the living space is on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The town house style unit was nice and the pics accurately portrayed the reasonably well maintained unit. This is not for someone that may have difficulties with stairs. The couch was not the most comfortable and would benefit from the addition of some throw pillows. We also wished we had a tv in the bedroom as well. There is a garage, but it is tight. You would be hard pressed to fit a full size truck or SUV in. These things being our only real critiques, we loved the centralized location to explore the downtown area. Within a 15 minute walk, there are countless restaurants. The casino could reasonably walked to as well from the unit. Overall, we liked our stay and we'd contemplate staying again, when not if we come to visit the area to explore more.

The coffee bar was great and the host was very easy to communicate with. He answered right away if I had any questions. The place was clean, beds were comfy. Loved that there was 2 1/2 bathrooms. Overall it was a good stay.

The host was responsive. The unit had everything needed for a few days stay. While there is a lot of natural light, which is wonderful, it made it difficult to sleep as the night lights shown right through the blinds. TIP: bring a sleep mask. ;)

Everything was great and as advertised. Location was great and we enjoyed Noble Beast Brewery for food/drink, it was walkable from the apartment. The rooms upstairs were warm and the air conditioner did not seem to be able to keep up, however it was quite warm outside, so that was likely the reason. Management was quick to reply and assist when we messaged.

The townhome was the perfect spot for our brief overnight stay in Cleveland. Convenient to a dining and entertainment area. We appreciated the garage, although it was a tight fit for our small SUV. The apartment has minimal furnishings, sparsely stock kitchen, and limited decor. Not a place for a long-term stay.

Comfortable stay

This property was clean and provided the amenities needed for our 2 day stay (coffee station, towels, blow dryer, laundry facilities). More than enough space for a larger group of people. There are quite a few stairs on this property, one flight when you enter from the garage and another to go the bedrooms. Garage parking is a little tight and hard to navigate if you have a large vehicle as its the first garage off the street. Overall a good experience!

Great alternative to staying in a downtown hotel. Clean with comfortable beds and furniture, and enough room for my 5-person family to have some space. 2.5 bathrooms was terrific. As mentioned in other reviews, the garage parking was very tight, but we managed, and the stairs are steep. The free street parking outside was limited to 2 hours during the day.

Clean and well stocked

The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, and the host was very responsive to any questions. The location was also just a stone's throw from downtown, and we could get to the highway quickly to get around the city.We would stay here again.
