Renovated in 2023, this private and spacious brick apartment features 1 bedroom and 1 bath. Nestled in the heart of Lakewood which is conveniently central and provides easy access to the highway with downtown Cleveland being just 10 minutes east. Enjoy walking over to many of the local shops, hopping over to downtown for a night out, or hanging out next door at Mahall's/The Roxy to enjoy food, drinks, and your favorite live music.

This unit has everything you need and more. Enjoy cooking in our full kitchen with access to all your basic cooking needs. From pots and pans, utensils and spices - we’ve got you covered. A microwave and coffee maker (with locally sourced coffee from Rising Star) are also provided for an easy morning in. Enjoy eating your take out or home cooked meals in the dining area.

Lounge around on our comfy sofa that will make you feel right at home. Our 42” smart tv will keep you entertained with access to all your favorite streaming services. When you’re ready to call it a day head on over to the bedroom which boasts a wonderful king sized bed with luxurious linens and if you feel like unpacking, a closet is provided in the bedroom to hang your event-ware along with anything else you’d like to organize.

Our bathroom has a full size shower/tub and all towels (bath towels, hand towel, and face towels) are supplied. Also included are all your showering needs from shampoo, conditioner, to locally made STEM soap. Hair dryer and basic toiletries are there if needed.

Quiet and Classy

I rented this property for easy access to Mahalls for a concert. The concert got postponed unfortunstrly but the loft is a beautiful property. Has everything you would need for a one night stay. I did not stay overnight due to the concert being postponed but will be back for the show in october. Hosts are great to work with and very kind and quick to respond. Highly reccomend!

Very nice apartment for 2. Very responsive and accessible host. A couple of notes should be added to the description that the is no elevator to access the upper floors and the only parking is on street parking, which is common in Lakewood. Would definitely stay there again.
