The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only thing is is that there was no body wash or shampoo etc in the in shower area but other then that I would book again

The hotel is dated, in need of major upgrades. Rooms are very old and there was clear water damage and mold in my bathroom. I chose to survive my stay instead of switching rooms because other guest in my party reported the same. Friendly staff and overall great breakfast. But for the area the hotel needs to be renovated asap and cleaned. Would I stay again- not under the same conditions.

The room needed improvement and a thorough cleaning, for the most part it was clean however there were parts missing from toilet seat calcium build up in the shower and dirty shower floors . The second bathroom had rust on the bottom of the tub . The top latch lock was broken to the main door . The oven in the kitchen was very dirty and looks to be never cleaned inside . There weren’t any plastic cups one very small bar of hand soap in each bathroom…

The room had no towels. I’ve never stayed at a hotel were the hotel actually has a notice in the room encouraging you to reuse the same towel during your stay. There were no clean or dry towels available at the front desk at check-in. Some of the staff displayed unwelcoming and unapproachable customer service.

It was like a crack hotel, despite being in a decent area they didn’t give you your coffee pot unless you requested it all amenities had to be requested and brought up to your room. I never been in a place like this.
