Incredible find in Cleveland!! The Roost — Part hotel, part air bnb, the biggest surprise of our stay in Cleveland. Four friends shared beautiful 2 bedroom apt, 2 baths, beautiful living space…for at least 50% savings vs 2 avg rooms at a nearby city hotel. Incredible gym, and location can’t be beat. Walking distance to Rocket Arena, Guardians stadium, and restaurant row. Great service. Only complaint was not great WiFi…but who cared! What a find!

Loved the Roost

This place is gorgeous and super clean! We were in Cleveland for a couple of days and loved this place. The parking is a little strange but not out of the ordinary in cities.

Great location, but needs attention to detail

Really nice finishes and very large accommodations but it was in need of a deep cleaning. The couch was so gross I had to cover it with towels to sit on it. Very, very stained and there was food stuck to it in multiple places. The cofffee maker also spilled all over the kitchen because it was defective. The floors were full of crumbs and debris so that when you got into the bed you had to wipe your feet! There is a reason for putting a rug next to a bed, and there wasn’t one. It’s tastfully appointed, but when everything is dirty, it takes the shine off for me - nopun intended

We reserved the room based on the pictures listed and purportedly a room with a city view. The room we had was more like a basement with no view at all. Just 2 windows that faced another building so other than inside lights there was no natural light which is very depressing. When asked they said that there is no guarantee that you will get a room with a view. Felt like a bait and switch.

Nice but needs some work on simple things

Need to state how much parking will be. 40 dollars we weren't expecting. The parking qr code didn't work. A big hassle with several cars waiting begging us. Need better signage in parking lot where to enter for hotel. Consierge wasn't very helpful. Room was very nice. Need extra blankets.

Wonderful stay in Cleveland

We checked in at 630am it was difficult because check in at the roost is 4pm. We were able to leave our bags and see the city. The hotel called us before our room was ready and let us hangout in a communal space for a bit. Everyone was so accommodating and nice. Every question answered. Everyone was very knowledgeable and kind.
