There is a free parking spot coming with the appartment. We parked and didn't use the car for the 4 days, since we were so close to everything. The studio appartment was perfect for our need. It was cheaper other hotel around. Confortable bed, small kitchen, clean and Netflix. There was a grocery close by (2 min. Walk) with a nice selection of wine. 10-15 min walk to rock and roll all of fame. 5 min to the progressive field. Really the center of the city. Would go back there if we ever come back to cleveland.we really love our stay!!! Thanks!!!!

Wonderful stay

Loved the room. Found the beds comfortable and slept really well. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Nice touches with coffee, etc. plenty of cabinet space. Couch comfy. Bathroom and shower were wonderful. Loved the balcony. WiFi coverage was excellent. Loved the convenience of the parking garage although spaces were very tight. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, poor stay in an apartment not hotel

Location is perfect for seeing Cleveland, but we found the property uncomfortable. We messaged with the company, and they were friendly, but they couldn't fix any of the problems. #1 The bed was not a traditional mattress or memory foam - some sort of incredibly uncomfortable hard foam. #2 The flimsy blinds on the window did not block light at all. #3 The building was under construction with construction out the window and in the elevator. #4 We never received check in info and had to call and text repeatedly to ask for it. #5 Check in and out are annoying because you have to hope for street parking while you go inside to get a parking garage pass. #6 Less important, the apartment had a weird unfinished ceiling and random wall not painted. The lobby and common areas were truly bizarre, as if different people chose each pillow, chair, carpet, and wallpaper. Sometimes in the evening homeless were asking for money at the front door to the building.

Very nice

Check in process was communicated clearly but is quite involved as you have to deal with lock box combo’s, keys, fobs, parking lot entry cards and you have to drive around the block to get to the parking so it’s best not to check in too late. And please know check in is a 4pm and check out is 10am so there’s not much of a chance of sleeping in on the day you have to check out. The room is in fact very sleek and stylish with all the amenities you would need and is in a central downtown location close to bars, restaurants and the baseball stadium. The rooftop pool is an extra added bonus!

Like a hotel

Beautiful property, apartment was very much like a hotel with a kitchenette, very comfortable and everything you need. Right next to a CVS and good location for walking around. We were very comfortable here!

Would stay here again

The instructions for checking in and out were very simple. We had no problems at all. It was nice to be able to eat breakfast each morning before venturing out. Having free parking was also a nice perk. The building is within walking distance of several attractions (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Cleveland Guardians Stadium, etc.) We saved a lot of money versus staying at a hotel. This is the first time that we have stayed anywhere other than a hotel and it was a great experience. We felt very safe staying here. There is a CVS on the corner, so we were close to some groceries and personal items.

Excellent location. Simply studio. Though it was listed as an amenity keyfob does not allow access to rooftop or pool. Apartment staff and residents seemed very friendly.

Great place

Everything went as expected. Key pick up was easy and the apartment was as advertised. I would suggest they have some more coat hangers, an iron, and a ironing board added to the inventory.

Convenient location!! VERY short walk to Progressive Field. The parking alone when staying in downtown can be a struggle and valet can be unreliable. The ease of coming and going will bring me back to this location for a long time.

It's a great location. Plenty of room for two people. Full refrigerator and kitchen, with pots and utensils. Parking included in the rental fee was a big plus. There were a few things that were annoying (like no shelving at all in the shower; minimal soap provided; some unclear check-in and out instructions) which we passed onto management. Hopefully they will correct those things. We would stay here again.

Communication malfunction

The apparent is in the prime location but if you stay over the weekend it is poor communication with a actual person if you have trouble. Everything is Ai automated. We lost parking card and were not able to get it before we left. We stayed 3 nights. No communication with parking operators. So it was very inconvenient. If this was held differently. We would have enjoyed the stay.

This was a fantastic experience. We had never used LiveSuites before and weren’t familiar with how it worked without a front desk, but checking in was easy, with instructions delivered at time of check-in that were very easy to follow. The room was lovely and clean, and we had everything we needed, including our own laundry unit in the room. We were very comfortable and incredibly pleased with a space to feel safe and at home during our trip. Highly recommend!

Very nice property. Only complaint was how LOUD everything was late into the night (motorcycles & cars revving the hell out of their motors which was very annoying). If you're looking for quiet this isn't the place but it's in the city so you have to consider that as well. Everything else was great. Check-in was a little confusing at first but the person texting me back was very quick to respond & helpful.
