We used this facility for Our Wedding guests. I was overjoyed with the staff and accommodations. Springhill Suites went above and beyond for my Wedding Weekend Extravaganza. I had add-ons at the last minute and they were so understanding. My guests had no complaints. We rented the hospitality room for the weekend for our guest to gather. The transportation to the Wedding venue was included as well.

I can't give enough praise for the staff. They were all kind, friendly and had a great attitude. We dealt with Vicky several times and she was amazing! The rooms were clean. I really liked how they had the remote wrapped in plastic to show they had cleaned it and also left a wipe. We appreciated the sheet they have printed up of the local restaurants and take out. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Horrible Employees

The front desk and all employees working the front desk on 03/29/2025 after 3pm was rude. They don’t know how to talk to people they had very smart mouths. All kiss and their families were kicked out the pool because the kids were being playful too much for the staff. Also be come someone came in with a drink the was not in the pool they forced EVERYONE out. When it should have been only the person that had the drink.

The microwave was heavey and up in a cabinet where we had to left it down to plug in.The tv was hard to get started and we had to unplug and plug back in a d there was only one trash can in the whole room very small.. It was very clean and friendly.

Family travel

The pool was cooler than we like, which is a big reason we stay at hotels with pools. My 3 kids always want to swim but it didn't last long. Breakfast had a lot of options but the oatmeal was not very good and the eggs were extremely runny.

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the kiddie pool party ended. The room was very clean and quiet. It was great having a sort of separate area with a couch and desk.

This hotel was secent for what it was, great customer service, front desk was amazing, the little market was amazing . Pool area was great size, although didnt get a chance to use it due to how loud the room was. The guestroom was decent sized, with a mini fridge microwave, and very nicely laid out. Breakfast was ok, i loved the fact they had french toast. All in sll ok and decently priced for fast trips

When I booked the room i was told it was close to Rock and Roll Hall of fame. Its 30 minutes away. The hotel itself was great, just not the location that i was informed.

Our room was switched 2 times because it wasn’t clean. We found dirt on the sofas in each room dried up gum on the sofas and more! I have the pictures to prove it and I would like a refund
