"Rooms are clean, Staff are professional on their jobs. I will give 5 star on the breakfast and the employees working in that area. The Manager (forgot the name, with eye glasses, petit) at the front desk, who considered my situation (we are leaving at 2 am so we might not be able to use our breakfast the follwing morning considered to use it with our family) a 5 star. The security for the safety of the guests outside the building a 5 star. This hotel mostly recommended. Thanks for having us."

"La Hotel Makati was incredible. I first checked in at the Fairmont, but the room was disappointing, so I switched to Shangri-La, which was the best decision. The staff was so welcoming. Erik's care and recommendations were spot on. Warren, our bellman, helped with all our luggage and made sure everything was perfect before heading back to the US. Our room was luxurious, and the views were amazing. Thanks to Moli, Mark, and Jerilyn for keeping everything perfect. Dining at The Circle, especially the breakfast buffet, was fantastic. Mama Belle and her team were so warm and inviting. The ladies at the Filipino dessert tables always made sure I had enough sweets. The bell staff was efficient and friendly, too. After the Fairmont experience, Shangri-La was just a breath of fresh air. Amazing service, kind staff, and luxurious rooms made it feel like home. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Makati and can't wait to return!"

"We like that they accommodate us for early check in since we just arrived from the airport. Clean. Comfortable bed. The only issue is that for the breakfast they never refill the Taho section. If you arrived late you will not enjoy everything they offer for breakfast. I saw flies touch the bread and I inform the staff. "
