Gertie's Nook has your own private entrance and bath. Located close to everything Downtown Dartmouth and Halifax have to offer. A short walk or very fast Uber ride gets you Downtown Dartmouth and the ferry is right there to hop over to enjoy the sights of Halifax.
Located in charming Old Dartmouth, this prime location is close to many restaurants, award winning cocktail bars, entertainment and parks. It's also a great starting point for day trips around the province.
Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including extra linens and towels, basic toiletries, free onsite parking. Guests staying a week or longer also have access to shared laundry facilities. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook if staying in for a night. Mini Keurig, toaster, air fryer, microwave, kettle, induction plate, fridge, cutlery, pots, pans and more!
Includes wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is also a clothes steamer for your travelling convenience when unpacking clothes.

It was all we needed. It's close to everything you would need during your stay. The parking is pretty steep but the owner is willing to accommodate if you need. 10/10 would stay again.

Kimmer was delightful. I somehow “popped” a breaker so I reached out to her. She responded promptly, telling me what to do to rectify the problem and offered to come by to fix it herself. We had a lovely conversation. If I ever have the need for a place to stay in the future, I hope this property is available!

AMAZING !!!!My daughter and I were blown away by this adorable little unit. The decor is top level, and is cozy and comfortable. It is a very quick commute (car or ferry) to Halifax. Dartmouth itself is really great - with lots to do within walking distance once you get to the shopping/dining area. (Which is also AMAZING) Finding parking was sometimes a challenge, but it was very inexpensive. We didn't prepare meals in the unit, so cannot comment on those amenities. My only suggestions for extra convenience would be::: An additional mirror outside of the bathroom (we were two girls trying to get ready at the same time ) :: A night stand on the other side of the bed as wellWe had an amazing stay and would definitely return if we have the opportunity to visit the Halifax area again.

Parking was easy but the drive is steep. There is a lower spot for a small car. I have a big truck. The raod is a little busy at times so backing out was trick. The place was clean and had everything you needed. Downtown was 5 min car drive. Host was easily to get hold of and responded quickly.

Absolutely fantastic spot to stay in Dartmouth. Super clean space, with lovely decor. Felt bigger inside than pics imply. Very communicative host who gave us all the info for a perfectly smooth check in. Little book with top recommendations nearby was great. 15 min walk to the ferry to Halifax made it super convenient. Would 100% stay here again.

Nice place in Dartmouth

This place was very clean well equiped. Very modern. Very functional. Ceilling a bit short if you are over 6 feet tall but managable. Parking was tight but that is to be expected downtown when you have a truck as I did. I would stay here again. Very cute, and beautiful. We loved it.
