Hotel is good. Check in I was pissed! Booked for pay on arrival and payment taken on Monday arriving on Wednesday. Rule is they take your payment 48 hours before you arrive. Then why did Expedia say "Pay on arrival"? Should show Delta rules are pay 48 hours before arrival. Also, with most places being fragrance free, but not this hotel. Pumping some kind of scent that was so strong almost make be gag. In the check in area and the elevators. Also, ice machine on our floor doesn't work. Only really nice thing was in the morning to check out, when I told the gentleman that the ice machine did not work, he very kindly went to the little coffee shop and gave me a bag full of ice for our travels. And when I went to pay for 2 muffins he gave them as a compliment because the ice machine was not working on our floor. Made the day for our travels.

Clean & comfortable room. Excellent reception staff. Only issue was accessing the property from highway 17A there are no signs so it’s unclear what lane you need to be in. We were in the right lane unable to merge over to the middle due to separation posts and therefore forced on to Hwy 99 into a major traffic jam all the way into Steveston. No where to turn around if you miss it. For this reason I would not stay there again

Was great got a room on the top floor and it baiscally still smelt like it was a brand new build! Amazing!! A/c Furnace is very loud but i didnt need it so just kept off. No complaints... except dont bother with the starbucks in the lobby as it is just a machine that makes it ... drive to get your actual starbucks coffee

Staff was great, the room was spotless. Bathroom fan didn't work, no breakfast included. All acceptable except the location. Very difficult to navigate the entrance to property. If you miss the turn-off, you are forced to circle back to Richmond. In rush hour, this is a nightmare. Maybe better road and directional signage would help?
