This hotel was a beautiful escape from the chaos of Hanoi. Extremely friendly staff that always greeted you hello or waved you goodbye. That alone is worth the stay but the bed and room was terrific. The breakfast outstanding. We would stay here again.

Great location in the Old Quarter, the facilities were clean and well taken care of, and the buffet breakfast was very enjoyable. I cannot compliment the service here enough, it was absolutely fantastic. Thank you to May and the rest of the staff for making our stay a special one!

Excellent hotel at good location. Fantastic breakfast with a mix of Asian and western food. Stayed here multiple times and it’s great to stay here. Only glitch this time I felt was that towels have become old and they need to get fresh ones.
