Could not have asked for any better accommodation for the price. I need a self catering apartment to help me prepare for the Edinburgh Marathon and this room had everything. Very happy with the check-in. Definitely use this hotel again.

Adequate and comfortable room, right off the Royal Mile. It’s worth noting that, however, that although breakfast is advertised as an optional add-on, there’s no restaurant on-site. Instead, a small variety of items are left in the room for you to choose from during your stay.

On the property website they advertise secure luggage storage but it is not secure and they ask you to sign an indemnity to boot. If you arrive before three check in time there are only three seats in the ‘lobby’ and limited luggage room . Great location close to Holyrood Palace.

Great place, super convenient. Room was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed. Be sure to check out the breakfast before you opt in. I expected a full breakfast to mean a sit down breakfast, but it was cereal and yogurt and cheese put in your room ahead of time. Although this was nice, it was not what I expected.

The place was alright for the price you pay, but it was definitely showing some wear and tear. Our main significant issue was the noise from the air conditioning unit clunking and banging through the night, to the point where we had to turn it off despite the heatwave. Check-in/check-out was fine. Probably wouldn’t stay again for the sleep issues. Location was alright.
