The hotel was very convenient. Very close to the tram line straight into Edinburgh city. The air conditioning was excellent. Something that has been hard to find on our trip to the UK.

Novotel Edinburgh brilliant stay!!

Excellent location as not in the centre of Edinburgh, hence not attracting high city stay prices. But 2 minutes walk to the tram stop that takes you to Prince street! Very clean, modern hotel, very accommodating staff who helped when required anything sorting. Also near major shopping outlets e.g. TK Max, Tesco etc...

The hotel is near a train stop. That is great. The room was nice and confortable. But there where to much noise, the train, the garbage... The service at the restaurant was awful.

The hotel, staff, and service were excellent. I needed to change an aspect of my booking and Roxana, the Hotel Manager, was extremely helpful and professional. The food was very good too. The hotel is right next to the Edinburgh Park tram and train station which made transport very easy.

Nice hotel, good location close to the tram that links airport to city centre and passes Murrayfield. Gym and Pool are nice but gym could do with some free weights dumbbells/kettlebells
