Harmony Inn is a 3 story home located in Manning area of Edmonton. This beautiful home has a separate entrance to the basement which is a separate unit but attached to the property. If rented, you and your family will be entitled to 2 levels of the property with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The basement is not included. it is not a shared property. There is a SECURED solid door that separate both unit. However, there is a baseball diamond and park just across the street, this rental gives you lots of opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. It is only minutes away from Manning Town Centre, which includes stores such as Boston Pizza, Edo Japan, and Cineplex. Harmony Inn has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Right off the kitchen is a living room and dining area. The living room has a beautiful electric fireplace. It also has four bedrooms and three spacious bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a large tub and shower. Not only is this place affordable and in a great neighborhood, but it is also kid friendly. Harmony Inn is sure to make you feel like you're on cloud nine!

Parking is on the garage pad. One part will be for you . There are free street parking if you have more than one car
There are trays provided for your outdoor shoes please use them because outdoor shoes are not allowed in the property
Smoking is highly prohibited. Penalty is a $250 fine . No pets in the property too
