"We stayed for the Fourth of July, considering how busy the weekend was, the hotel staff were accommodating and the hotel itself had great attention detail, fun activities throughout the day and maintained it really well. The only issue we had was our room AC. It wasn’t functioning properly and never fully cooled to the desired temperature. We had asked for someone to check it out and it appeared like they did with the furniture moved. It helped a little but when I called again, no one was ever sent to look it over. We kept the AC fan on high and the room cooled down enough to sleep comfortably but definitely something to consider. I had seen a review about this issue but thought it could be a one-off situation but I see they may have outdated units or they can’t keep up with the heat. Outside of that, the amenities were great and we had a wonderful time."

"Our stay at Riverside Hotel was excellent. The location is outstanding, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the Riverwalk, making it a great base for exploring the area on foot. One tip for future travelers: if you arrive before check-in, the hotel is happy to store your luggage so you can start enjoying the area right away.
