Pro Easy Access to the bus station, breakfast was lovely, close to Mac Donald. Staff were pleasant and supportive. Con Complimentary water would have nice.

Convenient drive to the city, plenty of free parking. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was a good size and bathroom was surprisingly large. Breakfast was more the usual continental variety so we had a proper breakfast 😜 Will stay here again!

Hotel is totally new (or renovated). Good room’s size, silent and clean. Everything was working perfectly with the exception of the WiFi. Excellent breakfast! Staff were very friendly. Best choice for the price!!

Die Zimmer sind neu und das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Es war allerdings sehr voll morgens im Frühstücksraum so dass das Personal etwas überfordert wirkte. Wir würden aber auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Das nagelneue Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht eine Empfehlung. Gutes Frühstück, kostenlose Parkplätze und ein richtig gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der nachlässige Roomservice.

Bei der Ankuft und Abreise wurden wir von einer sehr freundlichen anscheinend neuen Mitarbeiterin eingecheckt. Leider ist mir ihr Name entfallen ( helle blonde Haare, mit Osteuropäischen Akzent ), hätte sie gern namentlich erwähnt. Denn sie hat ihre Aufgabe sehr gut gemeistert Effizient, freundlich und sehr kompetent. Danke! Die Einrichtung im Hotelzimmer ist sehr schön neu modern eingerichtet, inklusive eines Kühlschranks. Riesiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche was mir auch sehr gefallen hat. Das Frühstück ist im vergleich zu anderen Hotels mehr als Herausragend. Was mir persönlich am Aufenthalt nicht gefallen hat: Vorhänge hatten unidentifizierbare schwarze Flecken, welche auch nicht nach Meldung an der Rezeption beseitigt wurde ( Andere Mitarbeiterin als bei Ankuft und Abreise ). Tägliche Zimmerreinigung wird anscheinend nicht gründlich durchgeführt. Haare im Badezimmer auf dem Fußboden ( nicht von uns ) staubiges Waschbecken und riesen Staubfussel im Zimmer. Sollte bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse eigentlich nicht vorkommen. An einem Tag beim Frühstück wurde meiner Frau beispiels weise das Glas mit Orangensaft einfach vom Tisch zusammen mit den Tellern abgeräumt. Und am nächsten Tag wollte man während wir beim Frühstück gegessen haben einfach die Sachen abräumen. Mit anderen Worten ein entspanntes Frühstücken man hatte das gefühl, man wolle uns rauswerfen aus dem Frühstücksraum. Ansonsten war es ein guter Aufenthalt
