Hotel and service were amazing, no complaints. The location is good as it’s near the central train station. However, the area around the hotel is sketchy, definitely a red light district and homeless doing drugs on the street. If traveling with kids, I’d stay somewhere else.

The hotel is not bad, but if you accidentally forgot something in the hotel, you can forget about it forever. Unfortunately, my husband forgot some clothes on the top shelf of the closet, and to our surprise, they were not found there. I can’t say that someone from the hotel staff took them, but it shows that the rooms are not cleaned well. This was at the beginning of our tour of Germany, and we had to buy the necessary things. We were upset.

Convenient location

Excellent hotel, comfortable bed. Great location for us, we needed a hotel near the train station. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Pros- friendly front desk staff, clean room, stocked mini bar, toiletries provided and really good breakfast buffet. Only con would be it's located close to a pretty sketchy area like a red light district in one direction so not sure about walking around at night. Overall would recommend this hotel.
