This is a first class hotel, we were only overnighting here. Superb public places. Only downside is, while it is connected to the airport, it is quite a walk to get there.

I want to express my deep disappointment with the behavior of the front desk staff during check-in. After entering the room, my in-laws, for whom I had made a reservation, called me to the US, panicking that there was no bed, just a small sofa. I asked them to go downstairs and call me from the reception so I could speak with them in English (my in-laws cannot communicate in either German or English). The lady at the reception said that they gave them an "upgrade" and that she would send a technician to set up a bed. The technician arrived in about 30 minutes with a special key to set up the bed and pulled out blankets, pillows, etc. I am just wondering what type of "upgrade" it was, and what the reception staff thought about in a 4-star hotel, providing two elderly people with no knowledge of a foreign language a room that required additional attention and setup.

I stayed overnight and got a great night’s sleep before continuing my travels. The gentleman who took my luggage to my checkin was a lifesaver! Sheraton please provide USB ports to the rooms! Otherwise, a perfect stay.

Internet connection was awkward. Required knowledge of access codes and internet sites I had to get from staff. Staff assistance with all this was excellent. I am told most people do not have as much trouble as I did. All worked eventually
